Sales Representative

Sue is a born and raised Londoner; has a degree in Urban and Economic Development from the University of Toronto and has been a Realtor with LSTAR since 2010. She is the co-owner of Wastell Homes and the current President of the London Home Builders’ Association.

As a long-standing member and Director of the London Home Builders’ Association, Sue has actively participated within government relations with all levels of government on building, land development and whole-project development issues. She is strong believer in careers in construction, having made many presentations in schools over the years and speaking out passionately with government officials about the need for better support for skilled trades. She understands first hand what the impact of the current shortage of skilled trades means to London homebuyers and homeowners.

Sue believes membership in LHBA and LSTAR comes with an obligation to ensure the stability of the building and development industry and to work towards the betterment of her community – both of which she is proud to champion.
